Enjoy this vegan treat at work or on the go. You can roll them into balls or press them into a pan to create a more brownie like effect. They're so chewy and delicious, you won't be disappointed.
- 1C medjool dates (soaked for 10 minutes if they're not already soft and chewy)
- 1/3C almond butter
- 2T cocoa powder
- 2T ground flax seeds
- 2T hemp hearts
- 1/4 Walnuts
- 1/2t peppermint extract
Throw it all into your food processor or vitamix until it creates a smooth consistency. Roll into balls or press in a pan and store in the fridge for 3 days or the freezer for 3 weeks.
