Hand rolls are so delicious and filling and make a nice light lunch or snack.
Take rice wraps and put them in warm water for a few too seconds. Don't put it in too long or they'll overcook. These were stuffed with mashed avocado, basil, cucumbers, peppers, sprouts and mushrooms all marinated in tamari.
For the tahini sauce (recipe c/o #thisrawsomeveganlife): 2T tahini 1T miso 2T peeled ginger root 1T tamari 1T agave nectar or honey 1/8C water. All blended until smooth.
