Marinate your fish (I used halibut) in lime juice, cumin, finely diced garlic and S&P and place in the fridge while preheating your oven to 350 or 400 degrees. Put in the oven.
For the salsa chop up tomatoes, onions, garlic, cilantro and cover with more lime and marinate while your fish cooks.
When the fish is ready, approx 20-25 minutes, put it in your corn tortillas and top all the pilings on, enjoy with some more lime and hot sauce. Add chopped up jalapeños and cabbage.
