enjoy these filling, protein packed energy balls no matter where you are. If you're like me and always looking for quick and healthy snacks, make a big batch and keep them in the fridge or freezer.
- 1.5C of dates, soaked in water for 15 minutes
- 1.5C almond butter
- 2-3T chia seeds
- 1/2C oats
- dash of cinnamon
- coconut flakes
Pulse in the food processor scraping down the sides. When mixed, roll into balls and roll in coconut flakes or oats and refrigerate.
