Creamy and delicious homemade almond milk.
- 1C raw almonds, soaked in water for at least 4-8 hours.
- 4C water
- 2 dates
Rinse the almonds until the water runs clear. Put them in the food processor or vitamix with the water and blend until smooth & then add 2 more cups of water. Then run it through the nut bag to get rid of the pulp. Put the liquid back in the vitamix, add a dash of vanilla, cinnamon & stevia and blend it some more. Tun it through the nut bag once more, transfer to a container and enjoy it for up to 3 days.
