dehydrated portobello mushrooms make great fake burger buns, or chop them up and enjoy them in a taco as your 'meat'. To make them, preheat your oven on its lowest setting then rub the mushroom in olive oil and tamari on both sides. Put the mushrooms in the oven for approximately 3 hours, flipping half way through.

- 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa
- 1 package of lean ground turkey
- dash of tamari
- 1/2t ground ginger
- 1t rice vinegar
- dash of garlic powder,
- olive oil
- sesame seeds
mix it all together and put in the oven or in a pan and fry it up.
Topped with a miso, tahini and lemon sauce and some sriracha.
